* 2 Berbagi Resep Black Forest

Black Forest Kukus

Bahan :
· 8 Btr telur
· 130 gr gula pasir
· 75 gr tepung terigu protein sedang
· 40 gr coklat bubuk
· 15 gr susu bubuk
· ½ sdt baking powder
· 50 ml susu cair
· 75 gr margarin, lelehkan
· 50 gr DCC, potong – potong
· ½ sdt coklat pasta

Bahan Isi :
· 30 ml susu cair
· 15 gr mentega tawar
· 100 gr DCC, potong – potong

Hiasan :
· 150 gr butter cream
· 150 gr serutan coklat

Cara Membuat :
1. Panaskan susu cair, tambahkan margarin leleh dan potongan DCC. Aduk
sampai coklat larut, sisihkan.
2. Kocok telur dan gula pasir sampai mengembang. Tambahkan coklat bubuk,
baking powder, tepung terigu dan susu bubuk sambil diayak dan diaduk rata.
3. Masukkan campuran susu cair dan coklat pasta sedikit-sedikit sambil
diaduk perlahan.
4. Tuang ke loyang 20x20x4 cm yang dioles margarin dan dialas kertas roti
bagian alasnya saja.
5. Kukus 20 menit sampai matang dengan api sedang.
6. Isi : panaskan susu cair. Tambahkan mentega tawar dan potongan DCC. Aduk
sampai coklat larut. Biarkan hangat.
7. Belah 2 menjadi 2 bagian. Oles salah satunya dengan isi. Tutup dengan
kue yang lain. Biarkan dingin.
8. Oles butter cream. Hias dengan serutan coklat.

BLACK FOREST CAKE
Bahan :

  • 75 gr tepung terigu
  • 50 gr coklat bubuk
  • 200 gr gula pasir
  • 6 butir telur ayam
  • 1/4 sdt vanilli
  • 1/2 sdt baking powder
  • 100 gr margarin dicairkan
  • 1 kaleng cherry hitam
  • 4 sdm rum dicampur dengan symple syrup.
  • 300 gr Whipped cream siap pakai
  • 100 gr coklat blok diserut (untuk hiasan)
  • Sisa air cerry dapat digunakan untuk aroma dan rasa.
  • Cara Membuat:

  • Campur jadi satu tepung terigu, coklat bubuk dan vanilli, saring, sisihkan.
  • Kocok telur dan gula hingga putih mengembang, masukkan campuran tepung ke dalam kocokan telur.
  • Tambahkan margarine, aduk perlahan dengan spatula hingga rata.
  • Tuangkan adonan ke dalam loyang bundar yang telah diolesi dengan margarine dan dilapis dengan kertas roti, ratakan.
  • Panggang dalam oven dengan temperatur 180 C selama 30 menit (hingga matang).
  • Angkat dan keluarkan roti dari loyang, dinginkan.
  • Belah kue menjadi 3 bagian (horisontal) kemudian percikkan campuran rum dengan symple syrup dan air cerry pada setiap potongan cake hingga rata.
  • Olesi potongan cake dengan whipped cream, letakkan cherry yang telah dipotong bulat tipis, tutup kembali dengan potongan cake.
  • Tutup dengan kocokan whipped cream kembali, hiasi atasnya dengan coklat yang telah diserut (sesuai selera).
  • Symple syrup : 75 gr gula pasir ditambah 50 ml air dipanaskan hingga larut.
